We will be adjusting our pricing structure, effective 9/1/2024. To maintain our high standards and continue providing exceptional services, the price of monthly monitoring will increase from $60/month to $65/month per device. Late fees will also increase from $15 to $20 once the bill is 7+ days overdue. 

We understand that any price change requires adjustment. Your current pricing will remain in effect until 8/31/24. If you wish to cancel your services at the new
price point, you can always request a cancellation via email, pending supervisor approval. Please note, any negative or disparaging remarks towards our staff will result in the termination of your monitoring services
